Terms

The short version

  • One More Fold is free, made by one person, and comes with no guarantees.
  • Your habits are yours. We only store them to run the service for you.
  • Don't misuse it or try to reach other people's data.
  • Keep a backup of anything you'd hate to lose.

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are between you and Pulkit Choudhary ("oze", "we"), who makes One More Fold (called Eightfold until 30 October 2026). By using the site you accept them; by signing in, you also confirm you've read the Privacy page. If you don't agree, please don't use One More Fold.

2. What One More Fold is

A free habit tracker. We may improve it, change features or take some away. If we ever close it down, we'll say so on the site at least 30 days before, and you'll still be able to download your data until then.

It's a tool for keeping track of your own habits. It isn't medical, health, financial or any other professional advice.

3. Your account

  • Accounts are for people aged 18 or over. Anyone can use One More Fold without an account.
  • One account per person. Keep access to your email and Google account safe: whoever controls them can sign in as you.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.

4. Your data

Everything you put into One More Fold stays yours. You let us store and process it only as needed to run the service for you, as the Privacy page describes. We don't claim any other rights to it.

5. Using it fairly

Please don't:

  • try to read, change or delete anyone else's data, or get around the site's security;
  • overload the service, or sign up or sign in with automated tools;
  • use One More Fold for anything unlawful.

If you find a security problem, please tell us privately at the email address at the bottom of the home page before telling anyone else. We're grateful for that.

We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why when we can.

6. No guarantees

One More Fold is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, free of mistakes, or that data will never be lost. Keep a backup ("Save a backup" on the Habits page) of anything that matters to you.

7. Limits on responsibility

As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, or for lost data, lost streaks or lost motivation, arising from using One More Fold or not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. For changes that matter, we'll say so on the site before they apply. Using One More Fold after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, you can delete your account.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
